Hello my love! I’m so glad that you’ve come back to hang out with me today on the Multi-Passionate Mastery Podcast. I never take it for granted when you show up here.
We’re about halfway through season 2 and what an amazing season it has been so far. We’ve covered a variety of topics, had our very first interviews, and I even announced my thought process around the changes on Instagram and have since decided to leave the app entirely which to my surprise are two of my top episodes currently, you really loved those!
There’s a lot more in store for you this season as well.
If you listened to the episode that aired last week, my interview with Human Design practitioner Krystal Woods, then you now know that I’m a Human Design Manifestor. That means that it’s extremely important that I honor my creativity and rest cycles. After I’ve spent time in creative output mode, I need time to recuperate and rest.
Last season I did this by releasing episodes bi-weekly, so I would have more spaciousness for recording and releasing each new episode. I’m considering going back to that format for Season 3. But for this season, Season 2, I wanted to challenge myself to share new episodes every single week, and I’ve been able to do that for the past 3 months! That is a testament to my dedication to this show and to you. I’ve produced every episode of this season on my own with minimal support with editing and such, so it’s truly been a labor of love and now it’s time for some rest.
We’ll be taking a mid-season break of 2-weeks where no new content will be released, and when we come back, we’ll stick to our weekly schedule as we close out the season.
Before I take my break I want to recap what we’ve covered in this season so far, as well as give you a look ahead to what’s to come.
As I go through what we’ve covered so far this season, listen for any episodes that you may want to tune into while we’re on break.
Maybe you’re new to the podcast and haven’t had a chance to listen to them yet. Or, maybe you want to tune back in for a second time to soak up more wisdom if you’re like me and like to listen to podcast episodes multiple times.
Also as you listen, keep in mind that we have a brand new feature here on the show where you can send me a voice note! If there’s an episode on this recap list that really resonated with you, let me know! Or if you have any questions or want to continue the conversation around something I shared, you can send me a voice note and let me know that as well. It’s super easy to do, you just click the link in the show notes, record your note, enter your name and email so that I can send you one back, and click submit, that’s it!
Season 2 Recap
We kicked off the season with an introduction to The Priority Mapping Method, the method that I teach inside of my signature coaching program, Prioritize and Thrive.
I shared how the method came about, the 3 phases that make up the method, and how you can learn the method with me inside of my coaching program. I wanted to kick the season off with this episode because we spent a lot of time talking about Focus in season one which I know so many of you loved, but the reality is- if you don’t have clear priorities, then what you focus on doesn’t really matter because you’ll be second guessing yourself the whole time!
So if you haven’t tuned into that episode, go have a listen so that you can learn my approach to prioritizing that was created specifically for you as a multi-passionate.
I also want to mention that the coaching program I refer to throughout that episode, Prioritize and Thrive now has a 12-month payment plan! That means you can join today for only $89, and not have to think about your payment again until next month and after 12 payments you’ll still have lifetime access to the course. This is my way of making this program as accessible as possible because I’ve seen firsthand the impact that FINALLY breaking free from the pressure of doing “all the things” at once has had on my clients, and I want more of you to experience that.
Our next full episode was about how to create priorities as a multi-passionate who wants to do all the things. In this episode we touched on core mindset shifts and beliefs that might be holding you back from creating priorities. It’s the perfect follow up to episode 1 of this season.
Our next full episode was our very first interview! I talked to my former podcast coach, Chelsea Riffe, all about why podcasting is the best medium for multi-passionates. This was such a fun conversation and a few of you even told me that it inspired you to either get back to podcasting or double down on the podcast you already have!
We kept going on the interview train in our next full-length episode and this is absolutely one of my favorite interviews of the season thus far. There is so much medicine encoded within my conversation with my dear friend and podcast sister, Mel the Oracle. Together we explored the importance of caring for one’s WHOLE self, rather than putting an unhealthy amount of focus on who we are as business owners or how the business is going. If you didn’t tune in to this episode, please trust me when I say there is something waiting for you to discover within that conversation.
Our next full-length episode was a solo episode where I shared 3 mistakes I made that stopped me from having clear priorities as a multi-passionate. This episode serves two purposes, the first one is letting you know that you’re not alone if you’ve made these same mistakes, and the second is to offer you solutions so that you won’t make these mistakes again, or can avoid them all together.
Throughout this episode you’ll hear me reference my free training which, if you haven’t checked out I highly recommend. The free training goes more in-depth about the method I talked about in our first episode of the season and you’ll see why it’s the solution for all the mistakes I used to make when it came to creating priorities.
If you do watch the training, I do want to let you know that there is an invitation at the end to join my program, Prioritize and Thrive, but at the time I recorded it, I didn’t have the 12-month payment plan option. So if you get to the end of that training and want to join, remember that you can get started for only $89 with that new payment structure. I’ll link to the training directly in the show notes in case you want to check that out- and if you’re wondering whether or not the training will be relevant to you, listen back to episode 17 to find out.
We’re almost caught up on our recap here!
The next full-length episode that dropped was episode 18, How I’m Responding to the Changes Happening on Instagram as a Multi-Passionate Life Coach. This episode was completely unplanned and unlike anything I have shared on the podcast before but I’m so glad that I trusted my Manifestor urge to record it because the feedback has been amazing.
So many of you reached out to me on Instagram DMs to let me know how this episode impacted you and inspired your own self-inquiry process!
As a reminder, I’m no longer on Instagram, so while you can’t drop me a note in a DM anymore, you CAN click the link in our show notes to send me a voice note that will get delivered directly to my inbox. I look forward to hearing from you. And finally, our most recent episode is episode 19 with Krystal Woods. We talked about one of my favorite subjects, Human Design! Krystal is the featured Human Design mentor inside of my coaching program, Prioritize and Thrive, and I wanted to bring her onto the podcast to share with you how much clarity learning your Human Design can bring to your life. I especially loved hearing Krystal’s perspective on how Human Design differs from other modalities like the Enneagram. If you’re curious about Human Design or want to know how I use it in my coaching program, you’ll love listening to our conversation.
Throughout the season we also released 4 “Quickie” episodes! These episodes were my way of experimenting with weekly episodes, without overexerting myself. Each episode is under 3 minutes long and explores topics that will give you something interesting to ponder. They are small but mighty! Definitely check them out if you haven’t yet.
What’s coming up
So that’s what Season 2 has been like so far! I almost want to tear up as I’m giving this recap. I’m incredibly proud of myself for staying focused on this podcast and my dedication to you being here and receiving value week after week grows each time I publish a new episode.
I want to remind you that I’m HIGHLY multi-passionate, and there was a time when remaining dedicated to an ongoing project like a podcast seemed impossible because I would get distracted by something else or lose interest before I ever gained enough momentum to keep it going.
But by practicing what I preach and utilizing the Priority Mapping Method in my own life, here we are. It’s really beautiful to watch my own transformation because it gives me proof that you can do it too. Regardless of what your track record has been, regardless of what you’ve been told, you can bring your most meaningful projects to life and see them through without bailing in the middle- even as a highly multi-passionate person and I’m so grateful to be in the position to help you do that.
Okay, so that brings us to what you can expect for the rest of season 2.
When we come back after our two-week break I’m going to share with you why every multi passionate needs to understand the difference between priorities and commitments this is a conversation that would be inspired by a coaching call that I had with my clients inside of Prioritize and Thrive where we talked about this and there were so many aha moments on that call that I want to share with you as well after that episode maybe I’ll drop an interlude. It’s been awhile since I sang here on the podcast and I miss it. If you don’t know what I mean when I say interlude, go back to season 1 and look for one of my interlude episodes.
Then, we’re going to dive into a five-part miniseries all about coaching. I am a life coach for multi-passionate. I love what I do and I want to share more of that with you here on the podcast.
So we’re going to talk about how to know if it’s time to hire a coach, should you join a group coaching program or get someone to work with you 1:1?
I want to share some of the best moments of Prioritize andThrive coaching calls, I have to check in with my clients first and make sure they’re cool with it, but our coaching calls are so amazing and I would love to give you a sneak peek of what that’s been like.
I also want you to hear directly from some of my clients about the difference between working with a multi-passionate coach versus a traditional business coach, so hopefully I’ll be able to share some of their thoughts with you.
And finally, I want to answer your questions about working with a coach. I’ll be inviting you throughout this series to drop me a voice note and ask your question. If you already have questions about working with a coach, if you’re curious about this, you can go ahead and leave me a voice note now today!
I will save your question and make sure that it gets answered in that Q and A episode.
After we finish that coaching series I’m going to have one more interview for this season with someone who is really really special to me, I’m not going to tell you who it is, I’m going to let it be a surprise. Then, we’ll close the season with a conversation about how to prioritize rest because I think that is just so appropriate as we take a longer break between seasons.
Let’s wrap up
So that’s all I have for you today! I’m going to enjoy my 2 week break and I hope that you will find some podcast episodes to dig back into or that you will enjoy taking your break as well. Please remember that it is okay to take a break to do what you need to do so you can protect your creativity and have that intimate relationship with what it looks like for you to put your work out into the world.
Alright, I’ll see you in a couple of weeks and don’t forget to drop me a voice note if you want to say hi.
